Argumen 1:In my opinion Bjorka was a clever hacker and the police should have checked the suspects in detail and deeth in order to avoid spotting people so the police should have been smarter enaugh Argumen 2:According to the news, in dark web Bjorka said that police had caught tha wrong person how could a person who haven it a computer can do hacking?  Reiteration:I don't think the man that the police have arrested is Bjorka because the doesn't have a computer
